As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (CLSBB), Michelle partners with small businesses, entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and ministries to bring visions and projects to life. She is also a certified speaker, trainer, and coach with the John Maxwell Team, offering leadership development to individuals and teams.An ordained minister with a heart for equipping and activating others, Michelle’s life and work are driven by her commitment to helping people soar into their next level—spiritually, professionally, and personally.

Michelle has been married to her husband Selwyn since 2008. Together, they pastor The Well Church NJ, where their mission is to “end thirst one home at a time.” Together, they are artists and musicians, having produced five albums under their label, Seljoy, with music available on all digital platforms.
